We first started this project with erosion control and beautification of the stream that runs through the property, this was followed by a series of pathways, stairways and viewing platforms.

We then created an entertainment terrace overlooking the stream, incorporating a wood fired Pizza oven and began a planting program in mostly natives, but also with areas specialising in Maples, Rhododendrons and Conifers in a nod to English heritage.

The latest and most extensive project for this client was to build their dream swimming pool with a caveat that it was to be “the best ever built”. A special trip to the West Coast to custom select the stone from the source ensured exclusivity and to this day is the most dramatic and functional natural style pool we have built.

Now good friends, we regularly visit to catch up and work on enhancements.
